Pollinator Lawn

At the Local Legacy we have been managing our lawn to be pollinator friendly.

The violets bloom early and are encouraged in the shader areas of the lawn. Dandelions and creeping Charlie are left to bloom in the early summer where they won't become a garden annoyance, and white clover is used throughout. The white clover blooms throughout the season, fixes nitrogen, and is pet friendly.
